概 述:
LX-120型全自动装盒机属智能型、连续式全自动装盒专用设备,该设备用于食品以及所有有规则物品的自动装盒包装,该机器最高速度可达120盒/分。
性能特点:由传感元件,光电、光纤,机械过载保护等装置组成监视、报警、故障显示系统,并设有无产品不吸盒,进盒不到位报警,连续多次无产品或无纸盒自动停机等系列保护措施,以确保机器安全运行。
整机由PLC人机界面控制,采用了链排式连续运动原理,从而保证了高速运行的稳定性。还可根据客户对产品所需做联机储备接口:物品通过传送机构经分料装置进行分料,送入装盒输送带,由连续式推杆进行推料,在推料的同时并将物料压住一同送入纸盒内。使之运行速度能与其它包装机的生产能力贴切匹配。
Application:
LX-120 High-speed Fully Automatic Box Filling and Sealing Machine is high intelligence, continuous system and fully automatic wrapping and sealing machine with box or carton. It is suitable for draw-out type tissue, aluminum tissue, medicine patch, puffed food and all the sheet shape items. The max working speed can reach 120boxes/min.
Performance & Feature:
The machine has detection , alarm , fault display system which is compose of the sensor , photo electricity , mechanical overload protection device . The paper box will not be supplied without material ; the glue will not be sprayed without the paper box . The machine will alarm when the paper box is not in position , and will stop when the material is not supplied many times or overload is happed . The safeoperation can be ensured.
The machine is controlled by PLC and human-machine interface Adopts the principle of chain type moving continuously , the stability of the high-speed operation is ensured . The machine can adopt the on-line interface for user's requirement.
The items will be fed to conveyor belt by the feeding device through the transmission mechanism , and then be pushed by continuous push rod . At the same time of pushing , the items will be pressed and sent into paper boxes . The adhesive will be sprayed and box-sealingwill be finished in the specific location . This running speed of equipment can also be regulated , and make it can work with the other packing machines.
